Prenatal & Postpartum


Pregnancy and post-pregnancy don’t have to keep you from exercising. As a prenatal and postpartum trainer via the Annette Lang Education Systems, Danny will design customize programs for you and will carefully monitor all your steps through all three trimesters. You will also learn the effect of exercise on maternal and fetal health and how to set intensity levels and modify exercise based on national guidelines. Appropriate abdominal and pelvic floor exercises and guidelines for strength training are also topics you can expect to learn about.​
