Kettlebells

 

An ancient modality of training developed by the Russians in the 1700s, kettlebell training is an essential part of Danny’s programs. The uniqueness and structure of the kettlebell allows for a variety of movements and exercises that would be impossible with traditional barbells and dumbbells. Although kettlebells strengthen the core, build endurance, and improves grip strength, the basic movements like the swing, snatch, and the clean, engage the whole body at once.  It is this distinct feature that provides an aerobic component, making kettlebell training a dual threat.​
