The pandemic has inevitably led to the permanent closure of many gyms and health clubs. But you can still get a good workout right from the comfort of your home through virtual training. A laptop, phone or tablet, access to WiFi connection or cellular network, and some light exercise equipment are all you need. (Equipment is not necessary, only for those who prefer.)
